BTW:  I did not hand-draw everything.  I use video game textures a lot when making chipsets.  And please don't download these resources, at least not until they're done.
I'd recommend putting a watermark on them, so that people don't use them.
People are kind of asshats when it comes to creative commons licenses.

Actually, these are still the lower-quality versions.  So I'm not too concerned right now.

Thanks, but I'm trying to make one on my own.  I'll have an updated version of it soon.

Also coming up:  Slums.

Ignore the complete lack of people.

Whee!  The fans spin!

I realize know that I forgot the poles people hang onto inside the train.

Pretty sweet, although the train is a tad sharp looking.

I'm putting lots of stuff up tonight... give me ~ 10 minutes and I will have three more (watermarked) chipsets up.

Opened up the texture files for XIII, made this battle animation set (type 2, rm2k3) mostly to amuse myself.

The "tap tap tap" (if you've played XIII, you know what I'm talking about) will be in the next animation set.

I know - noticed that myself.  There aren't any good reference pictures of the side view of a subway car.  The subway system in my city shut down over 50 years ago, so I can't exactly snap a photo of that.  Don't think the homeless people in the tunnels would want me wandering around there, anyway.

K, first look at my slums chipsets.  For anyone who's interested, that is.

All three are  :badboy:watermarked :badboy: because they aren't ready yet.

Tomorrow (?):
 - Some Metal Gear Solid items, put into a charset.
 - Corresponding item pickup notifications for ^.
 - Screenshots of the slums.

It's 10:49 and I'm going to bed.  Some people have class to go to, even in the summer.  And no, it's not summer school.

Nice, but there is text all over it.
Hence watermark.

Nice work. Do those ruined cars actually look any good in game though? I would've thought they'd clash.

Yup!  They fit.  I'd show it right now if it weren't for two reasons:
 - My batteries are running low.
 - WINDOWS DELETED THE IMAGE.  FFFFFFF...

I was kidding dude.

Hey. Just wondering though,
Did you make any of them? Or did you actually rip any of them? Or are you just taking parts from chipsets of other people?

I make them, but you can say I cheat.  I take textures from video games, shrink 'em or simply mess with them until they look like what I want.
For example, the subway used to be a concrete wall.  I added some lines, lightened it up and hey!  bright-ish metal on the side of a train.
