Even if Carmen doesn't mean it, I do. Shadus, change your sig, or I'll have to institute annoying draconian sig rules that generally annoy everyone.

About the banner, I'm pretty sure one person collected all the faces for that, although I'm ashamed so say I don't remember who. In any event, if someone wants to make an updated version we'll consider putting it up.
