Original Post (Please review)

Well, I'm not sure how many of your remember the first, but KM created a thread, where the users could submit their thoughts and opinions on how the staff were doing. Now, it's been nearly six months and we've had many new user registrations, and a couple of promotions. So.. I've started a new Leaders feedback, so that the new members, and older members have a chance to submit their feedback. The same rules still apply that were in KM's older thread, the only real difference is that the list of staff to write about has been fixed and changed a little. Please use this new list:

The following have been excluded, reasons listed..

Alex: Though still active, does not do much moderation, Alex's main job is site forum, generator, and site development. (And we all think he does a good job anyway :p )

SMB: Almost the exact same reason as Alex.

Grandragora: Inactive

GPI: Inactive

De KoFfieŠ: Inactive

Kijuki_Magazaki: Though he has moderator status, he is not a moderator, he carries this status because of the respect we have for him, and all of his work that he has done in his time.

Once again, that list above are the excluded members, do not include them in your review.

Now, if you have any questions, please refer to KM's link, at the top of this post.

Also, only reviews please. Any other post will be deleted, any questions and/or concerns please PM them to me.

SaiKar- no complaints..

Darkfox- good mod, but did get drawn into a few arguments.

GhostClown- fair..

carmen- I know last time we had this thread I said how carmen was a little too strict for my liking, but I can't say that again. seems to have settled into her role as mod. doing a real good job.

FFL2and3rocks- I haven't seen much of his moderation since I don't go to resources much, so it wouldnt be fair for me to say anything.

Robotam- (see above^)

Razor- OMGZ TEH L33TZ0RZ MOD!!!!1. He's doing good.

Warxe_PhoenixBlade- same as robo and fll



overall- no complaints. congrats on the good work.

I'm pretty much in agreement with charaman there, except I like carmen's no nonsense attitude. Keep up the good work, guys.

SaiKar - Good Job.  Around when we need you.

Darkfox - I like the way you took care of wavedude's spam.  Very nice.

Ghostclown - Not bad.

carmen - No complaints.

FFL - From what I've seen, he's done a great job.

Robotam - Don't see much point in his mod status.  There really isn't a community contest for him to mod for...  

Razor - ....is just Razor.

Warxe -  Very good job.  I like the way you really contribute to the RPG Maker Programming and the Tutorials forums.

SaiKar - Spiffy.

Darkfox - Not quite strict enough yet. On the right track though

GhostClown - Quick to lock, otherwise good.

carmen - No idea. Doesn't post much.

FFL2and3rocks - Good enough, no real issues.

Robotam - Pff whatever. I didn't even realize he was a mod. As far as I know he just moderates a team forum, which is barely moderating at all. I don't have any personal problems with him, but I don't know why he's even on this list.

Razor - Hilarious, but not on purpose.

Warxe_PhoenixBlade - I haven't seen him do much.. which means he hasn't made any stupid decisions.

SaiKar - Doing a fine job, nice that he is active again, since from what I know he went through a period of inactiveness

Darkfox - Good. I agree with charaman about the arguements, but it's not really a big deal. I mean, a troublesome member will be argued against by someone.

GhostClown - Good. Don't really have any other comments.

carmen - Good, especially with the midi makers section. She is doing a fine job keeping it organized and everything.

FFL2and3rocks - Good, not really much else I can say.

Robotam - Same as FFL, although one thing I really noticed about Robotam is that he just seems to fit in with all the other members, which is a good thing. In other words I know he is a mod, but I feel that he always looks at everyone on an equal level.

Razor - Good. Nice to see new mods coming from members with a high level of respect.

Warxe_PhoenixBlade - Same as Razor. And I agree with Tomi about the contributions.

SaiKar-  Active a little bit more than when I was first around and does a decent job when he's on
Darkfox- Rather humorous when he edits posts into nonsensical jibberish. Seems to help handle posts of complete n00bishness
GhostClown- Honestly seems to me as most active of all leaders
carmen- Her 'no tolerance' policy seems to come in handy from time to time
FFL2and3rocks- All around good mod
Robotam- Haven't seen him do much modding really
Razor- I know he took some jokes when he was promoted, but he's doing ratrher well
Warxe_PhoenixBlade- Pretty much doing the same thing as before he was a moderator, so thats like 3 thumbs up right there

The only ones I have to say something about:

Darkfox: Not strict enough, sometimes carries away in spam, tends to get in arguements.
Carmen: Sometimes a little bit too strict.
Razor: ZOMGr0x0rs!

SaiKar - awesomeness. Mature and responsible.
Darkfox - overthinks his authority. Deals with useless/spam topics very well.
GhostClown - Badass mod (I mean strict), good in his way. Nice guy.
carmen - gets me afraid. She´s strict and misterious. I wanna meet her.
FFL2and3rocks - I haven´t seen his modding much, but knowing him, the forum is in good hands.
Robotam - Same as FFL. Robotam rocks ***.
Razor - I´m suspect to say anything about this guy, since he´s one of my top 2 people in charas. Must be doing a great job.
Warxe_PhoenixBlade - I think of him as a wise person, and that makes me conclude that he´s doing a great job. Since he solved all my RPGMaker doubts, I don´t go to the tutorials anymore hahahaha...

Darkfox- Good mod, but tends to act a little immature

GhostClown- Can be up tight, too quick to lock, but otherwise, good

carmen- As good as ever (Go Carmen Fan-Club!)

Razor- Doing a good job...but I still ask "why?!"

Robotam - An overall good guy and friend, but I don't really think he needs moderator status.
