Those are good looking maps there neb87!
I dont think the hose chipset is that good but there aren't very good modern chipsets that I've seen.

To Neb, try and edit those tiles you used for the pillars dude, it really kills the map. Or add in some matching pillars from another chipset. I do stuff like that all the time, it's wicked easy. Do that, and it'll be great.

Feel free to comment and/or question the sytem aswell as georg's cabin. I was thinking of making the arrow a different colr, but something tells me that it's fine the way it is.

Edit: Please, no queries on shadows. I'll do those when I'm ready to.

I don't really like how the roof connectors look. I'd rather use the black boxes on the third row from the top. Otherwise, it looks good.

If the map is supposed to be low quality, why post it here?

The roof tile is totally wrong my friend. Other than that, not bad custom graphics. It'd be a nice change.

Eddy, I would suggest using roof tiles instead of just continuing the wall tiles.  I looks really wierd with that chipset.

Other guy,  good job.  It looks the way it should for a snowy dungeon thing.  However, I would suggest some panorama in the back, like a big icy waterfall or something along those lines.

Do you guys just look at the pictures and comment?

So far, not a single member has answered my question. Should I change the color of the arrow on the system or just leave it as it is?

I get it, the wall needs work. Then again, it was just a 5-minute map to see the system. There's no need for you guys to post just to say the same exact thing as what the last guy said.

Um... this is screenshot central... Where people get their MAPS evaluated. But i'll answer your question, the blue looks fine. And I did comment on your custom graphics, if even just a little.

EDIT: BTW, that's a pretty slick RTP map Robotam.

My monster raising game I've been starting/abandoning over and over for about 5 years. I'm getting pretty far this time, and I think it's cause I'm not worrying about story yet.
