I noticed that too this morning. I'm currently trying to see if I can bring the brightness and contrast down on the charsets themselves to make it sorta match the interior a little better. Hopefully it'll help but I got sidetracked so I havnt had a chance to try yet. ^^;

The wall inside the building seems kinda bland too but I'm short on ideas right now so I'll come back to it later. I'm not sure what I want to do with it yet...

I love it when people use my chipset edits.

My only suggestion would be to change the shadow flooring. I never liked that part of the chipset. Maybe refilling it while holding the shift key to get rid of the shadows?

It's a very nice chipset. :3

I probably will just edit it out manually, it is rather annoying.

Dele, looks good.  I think darker charsets will make it look great.

Question already asked: Anyone know a good program to make demo videos and stuff with?  Downloaded one and it sucks.  It slowed the computer down so much it the game didn't run well at all.

About: I wanted to use you chips in my own project...
But once I converted them to XP size and format, the converter I was using sucked, and It wouldve been another 2 hours of editing per chipset. This made me sad. Because I love those sets. Especially for dungeony feeling of happy good time.

Yeah. It was a bummer. I love your chipset edits.

The map I have been working on for the past 3 days is finally complete:

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

I might throw a few different grasses along the way to fill up the green spots though. Other than that... perfect. (the bottom part looks strange because I didn't make the panorama loop so it kinda didn't wanna screenshot too great. Looks good ingame though.

....third times the charm?

I made this interior from a a ff chipset mixed with an RTP...
this would be the inside of the last building on the right in my earlier town map.

It's actually supposed to be the ruins of a town below it, not underwater. =x The map is actually a temple built into a mountain.

AFL- looks good but I'm not a fan of the inside + outside houses in the same map. ussually I separate them but hey, it's your game do what you want make it look the way you want it to look. :)

Just to clarify, the original panorama I was going to use for the bottom was this, however it was not the right format so when I changed it to the proper format, it came out rediculously dark and I had to get rid of the clouds. :(

Oh, you only see the outside, you don't actually walk out there.
I wanted to see if I should use the inside being able to see outside or just the inside with black all around it.
...I guess third time wasn't the charm.

Lucas, just so you know, the word in English for what you translated as "history" is "story." Yeah, English is funny that way. :p

AFL: Try to use a better chipset. :D You should make the house a little bit smaler too. And I am not a big fan of inside-outside too.

I took whole 5 minuts to make the attachment.
