Please don't mind Meis.

The problem with that screen is that there isn't enough to criticize. With criticism, it's supposed to be a slight tweak. The map could use a total overhaul, no offense.

If it helps, here is an excellent mapping tutorial by yours truely. Page three especially should help you with that chipset. It is also a good idea to go back through the screenshot topic for some ideas.

Damn that's old.

But yeah, you've got a lot of negative space that you need to fill... and not just random here-ya-go-happy? filling, more like holy-****-there's-a-big-cool-thing filling.

Sorry, I just referred to this.

Quote
~Rules~     1. No Flaming   - When criticizing someone's game in a negative way, you must follow this one rule: State Why In other words, negative feedback toward the game must be backed up by reason. If you just post "Sorry, but your game sucks." then the post will be deleted, because it is considered a flame toward the maker's game. Any flaming or bashing of a person's game, the person making the game or another user in the thread is strictly forbidden and will result in your post being deleted.

Anyway enough about that.  From what most people have said I figure filling most of the space with cliffs and different terrain would mainly do the trick so I'll post another edit in a few days.

I still say those rules aren't right. Saying your map sucks, which it.does, isn't flaming. Saying you suck is, but saying the map does isn't.
