Now I can steampunk my lightsaber right? Or does it become a steam saber? Also What battlers will we be using and who all is in it this? I kind of need to know so I know what (or who) to do.

Well it's not that far off. I mean steam is puperhot like a light saber blade, so why can't it be used with a lightsaber hilt?
 I'm having a little trouble steampunking rusty. I found a deisgn I like, but i'm not sure I can pull it off.

Oh boy. O_o Steampunk... if there was ever a bizarre concept to conform to it is steampunk. Downgrade everything to steam powered monstrosities. Well, I guess it'll work... sorta... tech would be rather low and antique-ish and clothes would be downright hilarious. XD Like 1840s clothes that you see our great grandparents wearing in pictures. XD

I don't have much in the scifi area anyways so I'd guess it'd be an upgrade from medieval-ish. XD Though imagining how my characters would dress is hilarious. And Blake T. Branxton being an airship pirate would be even more hilarious than Blake T. Branxton the Space Pirate.

Actually Ren Lightway would probably be dominantly in his human form and wear a kind of antique holyman clothes. He'd wear some antique glasses and maybe have a somewhat noble tone to his wear without being prissy. Even in beast form he'd maintain his suit. And maybe would fight in a not so intense fisticuffs thing. The biggest problem is though adapting his spiritual powers... if that cannot be then I just cannot adapt DF or most of my characters for that matter. Mechanical weapons are typically harmful so it'd be pretty tough. Though I will say that Devil Summoner: Kuzonoha Raidou was a steampunk game kinda.

My one and only source of Steampunk is the Girl Genius webcomic, which is pretty much my favorite webcomic ever.

Why can't we combine ideas though? Steampunk + Charas game! Sai'Kar running around with goggles on her head and shooting light energy from an oversized backpack? Come on, it'd be fun. Even people too lazy to participate in the chain game could make steampunk versions of themselves.

Ooh ooh! I have an idea. A steampunk Charas game. It's FFVI, but with Charasmon instead of Espers. That way not all Charas members have to be modified.

A figure of Raidou the 13th From the steampunk game Shin Megami: Devil Summoner - Kuzunoha Raidous VS The Souless Army. He uses a gun and a sword as well as tubes that he uses to contain demons instead of storing them in a computer like in regular Shin Megami Tensei.

Steampunk is a fusion of fantasy, historical, and sci-fi. In that it is very flexible as long as technology and clothing/hair style is kept 1800s. Running on steam or other low-tech means, like clockworks.

Edit: Swords should also look 1800s style. Like how Kuzonoha's is with the sheath and hilt.

Edit2: Just giving you guys an example. This defines what steampunk is.
