I think we should have contests that we have to do in a team. You can only do contests now if you do it alone. So, I suggest we should make like a game contest(mini-game) but you have to do it with 2-4 people. There won't be just better games but we will also have some more 'team spirit'...well, I hope you know what I'm saying.

We need to encourage new members, not dissuade them. If they're sucky members, they'll leave. Big deal.

 

Also, another thing that could liven the site up would be an RPG-like interface, where you have either a generic or custom avatar. The different categories could be buildings and the forums different rooms. How's that sound?

Or, people design it, and me and the other people who code on everything can implement these things.

As long as it isn't Flash it's fine, since Flash is only good for small banners, or else it would require simply too much from the peoples CPU.
